Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples and Groups

Practice
Practice
Psychodynamic therapy is a talk-based modality that helps identify patterns rooted in early experience, especially as they play out in relationships. These patterns often emerge in the therapy itself, offering a chance to understand them in real time.
As a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, I also work with the body to support nervous system regulation and emotional integration. This approach is especially useful in the aftermath of trauma or chronic stress but can also deepen awareness and connection in everyday life.
People come to therapy for many reasons: to navigate change, to make sense of painful experiences, to shift longstanding patterns, or simply to be met with curiosity and care.
